Pop-Guide commits to performing the services with professional diligence, adhering to retail consultancy standards. Delivered reports and materials remain the intellectual property of Pop-Guide until full payment of the invoice.

Pop-Guide cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including decreased sales or profits, arising from the application of our recommendations. Pop-Guide's total liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced amount for the respective service.

All information shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

Pop-Guide reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend you periodically check this page.

If the client violates the terms, Pop-Guide may suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice. The client remains liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.
